Montague Business Association is participating with the Gill Montague Community School Partnership in the Upstander Campaign. Part of anti-bullying efforts, this campaign will recognize young people who step up to stop bullying as it happens. Turners Falls High School Students who stand up for another student who is being bullied or sees someone else standing up can be nominated as Upstanders. Each week, the names of the nominees will be read at all school meeting and, from that pool, names will be drawn to win a $5 coupon that can be used at participating
businesses in the area. Participating businesses will be listed, and can redeem the coupons for face value at Greenfield Savings Bank.

 

Greenfield Savings Bank has donated funds to support the Upstander coupons. Local businesses are invited to donate to the Upstander Campaign, and have your name recognized in campaign publications. If your business would like to participate--either as a donor or a place Upstanders can use their coupons--contact Montague Business Association.
